Performance part. This billet aluminum alternator pulley is for the M20 engine. It is larger diameter (5") so it slows down the alternator for less power loss at higher RPM (alternators produce full electrical power at modest RPM, so it's a waste to turn them faster). Installation Note: Since the pulley is a larger diameter you will need to run a longer belt.
